7. How do I submit a request?

  • Tell us your design needs either by filling out a simple form on your dashboard or email us on [email protected]

8. How many requests can be submitted?

  • You can submit UNLIMITED requests & revisions.

9. How does my dashboard look like?

  • Requests' column - All new requests / revisions will be displayed here
  • In Progress' column - The requests that are currently being worked upon.
  • In Review' column – The designs that are ready for your review.
  • Completed' column – The designs that are approved by you.

10. How do I manage the queue of requests?

  • The designer will work on your requests top down.
  • You can drag up or down a particular request as per your priority.
  • In case of revisions (which is treated as a new request), it is automatically placed at the top of the "Request".

11. What details should I provide to get a design ready?

  • Tell us what you like; font style, colors or any other instruction. Be as descriptive as possible
  • Tell us the content exactly how you want it to be displayed.
  • You can also attach any picture or illustration to be used or any reference.

12. How do I make a request for a revision?

  • Leave your feedback in the comments section. Click on 'Request for Revision' Simple!

13. How many revisions can I make?

  • You really ask for UNLIMITED revisions.

14. Can I edit a request after submission?

  • You really ask for UNLIMITED revisions.Sure!
    But a request can only be edited BEFORE the artwork is "in progress".
    Once your request has been worked upon, you can ask for a revision.

15. What are the acceptable modes of payment?

16. How do I get my invoice?

  • The invoice will be available for download on your dashboard. A copy of the same will be sent to your registered email address.

17. How do I cancel my subscription?

  • You can cancel the subscription at any time by simply selecting the 'Cancel Subscription' option in your dashboard.

18. What are the different formats in which the final design is delivered

  • Your final design would be delivered in the file type(s) you select, which are .jpg, .png, .pdf, .cdr, .tiff, .psd, .ai formats.

19. How will you transfer the final source files?

  • We would send a link to download files. You can access your designs anytime you want.

20. How does referral work?

  • You can share your unique referral code with your friends & family.
  • When they sign-up using your referral code, they get a 5% off on their first transaction.
  • Once they have completed their first transaction, you can enjoy 5% off on your next transaction with us.

21. What kind of work MakeAnyDesign doesn't do?

Although we try to look after all your requests, we have not yet ventured into designing the following:
  • Motion graphics
  • Content writing
  • Complex illustrations

22. Can I become a reseller?

  • Yes! We do create or edit unlimited graphic designs for resellers.

  • Yes, you can request for unlimited designs for unlimited brands.

24. Which photos, if any, will be used in my design?

  • We will use only free images available. If you want a specific image, you can purchase and send it as an attachment.
